• Material selection for your home (floor, windows, Tile, roofing)

• Custom construction cost based on design and your material selections prior to ground breaking.

Phase 3: Construction ( 10 months to 24 months)

• Plan finalization

• Obtain Construction Permits

• Your favorite part, the construction of your ideal home.
